If you've received your piece of jewellery and it's not quite what you were looking for then don't worry! We offer a full refund on unworn/undamaged items as long as they are sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving the item. You will find our returns form in every parcel. Please follow the instructions and return the item in its original packaging back to the address supplied. Please note - The cost of returning an item is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We suggest that the item is returned by Recorded Delivery as we will not be held accountable for any items lost in the post.
